Vitu has offices in California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, Montana, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, and Virginia.
Job Summary
The Account Executive is a highly motivated, dynamic, service-oriented individual responsible for building and maintaining strong professional relationships with Vitu clients. The Account Executive will provide training, consultation, and support on all state regulations and practices related to vehicle titling and registration. The AE is the face of Vitu and the voice of the customer.
This role supports clients throughout Northern Region of Arkansas. The ideal candidate will reside in or near the Fayetteville area to effectively support our clients.
Key Responsibilities
  • Building customer relationships:
    • This includes Principals, GMs, GSMs, Finance, Corp Controllers, Title Clerks in dealerships
    • Act as client advocate for all products and services
  • Deliver the highest level of customer service (white glove) to the dealer:
    • Prompt response to phone calls and emails
    • Problem resolution and troubleshooting
    • Being proactive in identifying and communicating needs
    • Arriving on time for scheduled appointments
    • Appropriate escalation and reporting of issues, including ownership and follow-up
    • Continual and follow-up training on an as-needed basis
    • Provide backup phone coverage during business hours and after-hours support on a rotational basis
  • Deliver value by:
    • Proactive reporting and issue analysis
    • End-of-month financial reporting
    • Monthly review of volume
    • Regular review and action of all utilization dashboards
    • Ensure State compliance in all related areas
    • Managing Administrative duties as delegated by AR DFA

Minimum Qualifications and Experience
  • Reside in Arkansas
  • DFA OR Dealership Title & Registration experience
  • Excellent communication, retention, and training skills
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are a must
  • Strong writing skills, and attention to detail
  • Must be familiar with various DMS systems used by Vitu clients
  • A clean driving record and current State driver's license is required
  • Knowledge of State regulations pertaining to registration processing
  • Experience with Chrome and Firefox configuration and settings
  • Able to use various PC programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Suite
  • Able to effectively communicate with high-level Executives
  • Able to work independently with limited supervision
  • Overall happy and positive attitude
  • Travel is required up to 150 miles, 4 - 5 days a week.
  • Account management in a business to business environment is preferred

Compensation
The salary range for this position is: $50,000 - 60,000
The final pay for this position will be determined by multiple factors including, but not limited to, location, education, experience, training and skills.
This role includes a company-provided vehicle as part of the total rewards package, in accordance with company policy. This role may involve the use of a vehicle (company owned or leased) within the scope of employment.
