• Provide direct mental health treatments, including comprehensive assessments, diagnosis of mental health disorders, and the development of individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate engaging psychotherapy sessions, employing age-appropriate therapeutic modalities suited for children, families, and multi-family groups.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of clinical records using electronic medical record (EMR) systems to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and agency policies.
• Participate in ongoing training and continuing education to maintain licensure and stay updated on the latest therapeutic techniques and practices.
• Collaborate closely with clients’ families and support networks, including schools, childcare providers, and other community resources, to ensure comprehensive wraparound services are provided.
• Conduct case management services as necessary, connecting clients with various resources to enhance their treatment and maintain system-wide support.
• Engage in clinical supervision, including attending a minimum of two hours of supervision monthly to ensure quality assurance in treatment delivery.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and the agency's policies to maintain the highest standards of care.

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing mental health challenges, children navigating complex emotional landscapes, and families seeking better communication strategies. • A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or social work (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited institution.
• An independent mental health license in the state of residence (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC).
• Proven experience in effective communication and collaboration within multi-disciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a significant caseload effectively while maintaining quality of care.
• Strong typing and computer proficiency to ensure accurate and timely documentation of client interactions.

• Experience in telehealth service delivery and familiarity with electronic medical records.
• Background in working with trauma-informed care principles and culturally competent practices.
