Role Overview

Dar Labs is seeking a Sales & Partnerships Lead to drive revenue growth by converting qualified leads, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding institutional opportunities. This role will be responsible for closing high-value sales, nurturing long-term relationships, and developing new revenue channels across Dar Labs' programs, including practitioner training, retreats, and institutional initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a consultative salesperson who can engage thoughtfully with professionals, educators, and community leaders while maintaining the integrity of Dar Labs' mission and values.

This role will work closely with the marketing team (lead generation), product leadership, and operations to convert interest into sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities 1. Sales Conversion & Pipeline Management
  • Convert qualified leads generated through marketing campaigns, webinars, and events into paying customers.
  • Conduct consultation calls with prospective clients and partners.
  • Guide prospects through the decision-making process for programs, training, and retreats.
  • Maintain and manage a structured sales pipeline within the CRM.
  • Track conversion rates and improve the sales process over time.
2. High-Ticket Sales
  • Sell premium programs such as:
    • Practitioner training programs
    • Retreat experiences
    • Specialized courses
    • Consulting or institutional programs
  • Develop strong trust-based relationships with prospective clients.
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate programs.
  • Clearly communicate the value of Continuing Education (CE) credits associated with programs to prospective clients and institutional partners.
3. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop revenue strategies and targets.
  • Provide feedback from prospects to improve offers, messaging, and pricing.
  • Identify new market opportunities and partnership channels.
  • Support launch strategies for new programs and offerings.
  • Identify and develop partnerships with organizations and institutions seeking Continuing Education (CE)-accredited programs for their members or staff.
4. Client Experience & Relationship Management
  • Ensure prospective clients receive thoughtful and professional communication.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Support onboarding of new clients into programs.
  • Position programs effectively by highlighting outcomes, including certification and Continuing Education (CE) credit opportunities where applicable.
Qualifications Required:
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development
  • Proven ability to close high-ticket sales ($2K$20K+)
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline and CRM
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to sell in a consultative, mission-aligned manner
