What is a remote closer?

Remote closers are sales professionals who specialize in closing deals or sales transactions over the phone, video calls, or other online communication platforms, rather than meeting with clients in person. They typically work from home or any remote location and are often employed by companies offering high-ticket products or services. Remote closers are skilled at building rapport, handling objections, and guiding potential clients through the final steps of the sales process to secure a commitment. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills, as well as the ability to work independently.

What does a remote closer do?

A remote closer is a sales representative who is responsible for getting clients to commit to the sale. They typically contact the customer after another salesperson has established a relationship with the client. As a remote closer, you usually do not meet with clients in person; you perform your job duties at home or from another location outside of the office with internet connectivity. Your responsibilities include identifying the issues that are preventing the sale, discussing the advantages of the product or service you are selling, using proven techniques to influence the customer towards accepting the offer, and negotiating a final contract or agreement. Strong negotiation skills are required to succeed in this career.

What skills and qualifications are needed to thrive as a remote closer?

To thrive as a Remote Closer, you need strong sales acumen, persuasive communication skills, and a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas, often supported by experience in remote or inside sales roles. Familiarity with CRM software, virtual meeting platforms, and digital sales tools is typically required. Outstanding active listening, resilience, and self-motivation help candidates excel in building rapport and handling objections remotely. These skills are crucial for driving conversions and maintaining client relationships without face-to-face interaction.

What are some common challenges remote closers face when working with potential clients?

Remote Closers often encounter challenges such as building rapport and trust with clients without face-to-face interaction, managing time zone differences, and maintaining motivation while working independently. Overcoming objections and effectively communicating value can be more difficult when relying solely on digital communication channels. To succeed, Remote Closers need strong listening skills, adaptability, and the ability to leverage virtual tools to create a personalized experience for each prospect.

We’re hiring a high-performance closer to sell QuickRank, AI-powered local SEO system designed to place businesses in the top 3 positions of Google Maps, dominate local search visibility, and generate inbound customers without relying on paid ads.

This is a commission-only role with a 90-day draw, built for closers who want to control their income and scale deal size based on performance.

What You’ll Be Selling

QuickRank is a done-for-you software + execution system powered by AI-driven local SEO automation.

The platform:
• Targets up to 10 high-intent keywords per business
• Optimizes Google Business Profiles using Google’s best practices
• Automates posts, products, photos, review strategies, Q&A, and profile engagement
• Builds authority through citations and local SEO signals
• Tracks rankings and visibility across Google Maps
• Increases inbound calls and local customer acquisition
• Helps businesses reduce or eliminate dependency on paid advertising

???? The outcome is simple:

Businesses rank higher, capture more local demand, and generate significantly more revenue from Google Maps and local search. (merchynt.com)

Deal Structure

• Cash collected: $2,500 – $30,000+
• Recurring: minimum 50% (12 months)
• Full backend fulfillment handled internally (you focus on closing)

Your Role

• Run high-performance sales calls with business owners
• Lead direct discovery to uncover revenue gaps and missed opportunity
• Control conversations and move prospects toward decision
• Position QuickRank based on ROI, visibility, and customer acquisition
• Use ranking data and search visibility to support the close
• Handle objections and close decisively
• Manage follow-ups, pipeline, and deal momentum
• Expand deal size based on client need and your ability to sell

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Proven high-ticket closing experience ($5K+) (3+ years of experience)
• Agency, SaaS, or digital marketing background
• Strong understanding of local lead generation, SEO, Google Maps, or paid ads
• Ability to control calls, create urgency, and close consistently
• Competitive, money-driven, and performance-focused

Benefits

Compensation

  • 90-Day Ramp-Up: New hires receive a $5k/mo non-recoverable draw for 3 months, totaling a guaranteed $15k take-home.
  • Sales Quota: The draw requires recouping $5k in sales within 90 days, but the $15k is guaranteed regardless of performance.
  • Post-Ramp: Compensation shifts to 100% commission after the 90-day period.

Performance Standard

Year 1: Up to $250,000 based on performance
Year 2+: $250,000+ expected from top performers

If you want:
• high income
• high ownership
• high expectations

Apply.

If not, this is not the role.
