Location: Delaware
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 a year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for a full-time remote therapy position serving clients in Delaware. This role involves helping clients address emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns through virtual assessments, therapy sessions, treatment planning, and progress reviews. You'll provide professional support that helps clients better manage daily challenges within a clear, structured telehealth model.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients virtually for therapy sessions
  • Evaluate client concerns, history, and clinical needs
  • Build and update treatment plans based on progress
  • Provide support for stress, mood concerns, trauma, relationship issues, and life changes
  • Maintain clear, timely, and compliant documentation

Requirements

  • Active Delaware LCSW license required
