Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate licensed mental health professionals to join our team at Olympus Mental and Wellness Center as full-time Remote Mental Health Therapists. This role will allow you to engage with clients in meaningful therapeutic relationships while delivering care tailored to their specific needs through virtual platforms. With a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 per year, this position offers the chance to work flexibly from home while making a significant impact on individuals’ mental health journeys.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs, guiding the development of tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
  • Provide therapy services through secure virtual platforms, ensuring that clients receive the highest standard of care suited to their individual therapeutic goals.
  • Engage with clients to collaboratively set achievable therapeutic goals and track their progress throughout the treatment process.
  • Employ a diverse repertoire of therapeutic techniques to address various mental health issues, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based therapy, and solution-focused approaches.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely documentation of all therapy sessions, including notes on client progress and any adjustments made to treatment plans.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse client base, including adolescents, adults, and families facing an array of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clients come from various backgrounds, enabling you to apply culturally competent care that respects and honors each individual’s unique circumstances.

Qualifications
  • A current and valid license in your state of practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A minimum of a master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport and foster a therapeutic alliance over virtual platforms.
  • A strong sense of empathy, compassion, and understanding towards clients’ experiences and challenges.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills for effectively handling multiple client cases and documentation requirements remotely.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in telehealth or remote therapy settings is highly desirable, showcasing adaptability to virtual interactions.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record systems, such as Envolve, Theranest, or similar referral and documentation workflows.
  • Proficiency in therapeutic practices and tools, including client engagement techniques and therapeutic resources that facilitate online counseling.
