Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at our organization, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs.
  • Providing behavioral health treatments through individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing both telehealth and face-to-face interactions.
  • Documenting client interactions and treatment plans meticulously in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) and practice management system.
  • Collaborating effectively with team members to ensure all clients receive the highest level of care.
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay abreast of the latest therapeutic modalities and ethical standards.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will focus on a diverse population seeking support for various issues, including relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. You will leverage evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to design personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client. By fostering a warm and safe therapeutic environment, you will assist clients in recognizing and overcoming their challenges.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • A valid LMFT license or equivalent certification to practice.
  • Strong clinical capabilities with a solid understanding of the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, allowing you to build rapport with clients effectively.
  • Strong judgment and crisis intervention skills to manage high-stress situations.

  • Experience in telemedicine and familiarity with telehealth platforms.
  • Knowledge of various evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
  • Proficiency in using Google G-suite and TheraNest platforms for client management and documentation.

This position offers a competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience, education, and skills. In addition to a generous salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including:

  • A 401(k) retirement plan to help you secure your financial future.
  • A robust paid time off (PTO) program, ensuring you have time to recharge and focus on your well-being.
