• Provide therapeutic support to clients dealing with various challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, grief, and communication difficulties.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that are client-focused, drawing from evidence-based practices and addressing each client’s values and preferences.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere that fosters trust and collaboration between clients and the therapeutic team, enhancing the overall treatment experience.
• Document all client interactions and treatment plans clearly and accurately, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and best practices in therapy.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, mental health professionals, and case managers to provide a holistic approach to care, ensuring all aspects of a client's well-being are addressed.
• Respond promptly to crises by providing immediate support to clients in distress, employing de-escalation techniques and crisis intervention strategies.
• Engage in professional development and proactive learning in specific areas of interest such as couples counseling, adolescent therapy, and trauma-informed care.

The clients you will serve include individuals, couples, and families, reflecting a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences. As a therapist, you will support clients from various cultural and socio-economic contexts, addressing needs that vary widely and allowing for a rich professional experience. Your commitment to understanding and respecting the uniqueness of each client will be key to fostering therapeutic alliances and achieving positive outcomes.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Current licensure to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Nevada.
• Proven clinical assessment, diagnostic, and case management skills that facilitate effective treatment delivery.
• Strong interpersonal skills, allowing for effective communication and rapport-building with clients and colleagues.
• Familiarity with digital tools and platforms commonly used for remote therapy, enhancing the efficiency and quality of care provided.

• At least two years of post-graduate experience in providing therapy in a clinical setting.
• Experience working with specific populations (e.g., adolescents, couples) or particular issues (e.g., trauma, addiction) that align with the organization’s focus.
• A history of participation in professional development or specialized training that enhances therapy skills.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
