• Conduct in-depth assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, utilizing standardized evaluation tools and clinical interviews.
• Develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapies suited to the unique needs of each client, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and other modalities.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions via teletherapy platforms, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience for clients who may prefer virtual engagement.
• Regularly collaborate with clients to establish and adjust therapeutic goals, monitor their progress, and adapt treatment strategies based on efficacy and client feedback.
• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, utilizing electronic health records for efficiency.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, including workshops and training programs, to remain knowledgeable about the latest therapeutic techniques and advancements in mental health care.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Gold Care Behavioral and Psychological Services, you will work with a diverse clientele that includes individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and various mental health challenges. Your role is crucial in building trusting therapeutic relationships, and your empathetic approach will help clients navigate their personal journeys towards health and fulfillment.

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to connect and build rapport with clients from various backgrounds.
• Empathy, compassion, and a non judgmental attitude towards clients' experiences, demonstrating a clear commitment to their mental health journey.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, essential for maintaining a balanced caseload and managing administrative responsibilities.

• Previous clinical experience in a community health setting or private practice.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and virtual counseling practices.
• Proficiency in specific therapeutic methodologies that align with our client base.

• Attractive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year based on experience and caseload management.
