• Conduct regular one-on-one video therapy sessions with clients, utilizing evidence-based practices to enhance their mental health and promote personal growth.

• Act as an advocate for clients, assisting them in setting and pursuing realistic goals aligned with their mental health needs.

You will work with a diverse client demographic, addressing issues that range from anxiety and depression to life transitions and relationship difficulties. Your role will empower clients to cultivate coping strategies, improve their emotional resilience, and achieve greater fulfillment in their daily lives.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• Active license as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong computer literacy with an ability to navigate various digital platforms and telehealth applications.
• Exceptional communication skills and a genuine desire to help others.

• Demonstrated ability to formulate professional evaluations and treatment recommendations based on clinical assessments.
• Experience working with diverse populations and familiarity with a range of mental health diagnosis and treatment methodologies.
