• Conduct individual counseling sessions via secure video chat, delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance clients' mental health.

Your caseload will consist of carefully screened clients, primarily stable adults with low acuity needs. • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required for application.
• You must hold a full and active license to practice independently: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), with no provisional licenses or disciplinary histories.
• Proficiency in computer use and online counseling platforms is essential, as well as excellent interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature.

We expect candidates to have at least two years of relevant clinical experience, ideally within a counseling or mental health setting that has prepared you to address diverse client needs and facilitate effective therapy sessions.
