This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from home and design your schedule with flexibility to suit your personal needs. As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, your main responsibilities include:

• Conducting individual counseling sessions via secure video chat, tailored to enhance clients' mental health and overall well-being.
• Facilitating discussions that encourage clients to share their emotions and experiences, fostering self-awareness and insight into their relationships.
• Acting as a trusted advocate for clients, assisting them in setting realistic goals and providing strategies for overcoming challenges.
• Assessing clients’ mental health needs, creating, and implementing personalized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based approaches.
• Utilizing our all-in-one counselor dashboard for seamless session management, proactive communication with clients, and efficient documentation of care.

You will work primarily with stable adult clients who have low acuity mental health needs. All clients are carefully screened prior to booking sessions, ensuring that you engage with individuals who resonate with your therapeutic specialties and demographic preferences. This focused approach allows for more productive therapeutic alliances and better patient outcomes.

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Possess a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Hold an active, unrestricted license to practice independently in Texas as either an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW. *Note: Please indicate your license and licensed state in your application.
• Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate disposition; the ability to create a safe space for clients is crucial.
• Be fully computer literate, with the ability to navigate our therapy platform effectively.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of relevant experience providing mental health counseling. Candidates with additional training in modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, or trauma-informed care will be preferred as they will enhance the breadth of services offered to clients.

This role offers a competitive salary within the range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, depending on hours worked and practice development. In addition to a rewarding salary, we provide:
