• Conduct thorough client assessments to identify mental health needs and formulate personalized treatment plans tailored to individual goals.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Regularly collaborate with clients to set therapeutic goals and track progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client documentation in compliance with regulatory standards using Simple Practice, ensuring quality of care and effective communication.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals and community resources, facilitating a holistic approach to patient well-being.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development to stay informed on the latest advancements in mental health counseling, ensuring the use of the most effective therapeutic techniques.

Our diverse patient population includes children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. As a licensed mental health counselor, you will provide tailored interventions to address various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma-related disorders. You will play a crucial role in creating a safe space for clients to express themselves and work through their challenges.

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Professional Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• Current and active clinical license in Pennsylvania (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years of full-time experience providing direct mental health services to individuals and families.
• Demonstrated clinical assessment and diagnostic skills with a solid understanding of treatment modalities.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective rapport-building with clients and collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.

• Experience in utilizing a wide array of therapeutic techniques, particularly with diverse demographics.
• Proficient in using electronic health record systems, ideally Simple Practice, for managing client data and notes.
• Familiarity with community resources available for patient referrals and support services.
