We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join the Family Relationship Counseling Center team. • Perform comprehensive mental health evaluations, including psychosocial assessments and diagnostic interviews, to identify patient needs accurately.
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, setting specific, measurable goals that align with their cultural backgrounds and personal values.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate positive outcomes in therapy sessions.
• Participate in crisis intervention, coordinating timely responses with other healthcare team members to ensure immediate and appropriate care for clients in distress.
• Accurately maintain clinical documentation, including treatment plans and progress notes, in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Educate patients and families on mental health strategies and coping mechanisms, empowering them to manage their psychological challenges effectively.
• Engage with a collaborative care team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive approaches to patient care.
• Conduct outcome evaluations regularly to assess the effectiveness of treatment and modify approaches as needed based on patient feedback and progress.
• Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in mental health, incorporating new knowledge to enhance your clinical skills.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines, ensuring the trust and safety of all clients.

This role primarily serves patients experiencing serious illnesses and their families. Our clients often face emotional distress related to grief, terminal diagnoses, and the complex dynamics of end-of-life care. With a strong emphasis on trauma-informed care, you will be prepared to meet the unique emotional and psychological needs of each individual and family, respecting their cultural norms and personal experiences.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work is required.
• A current and active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, demonstrating adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the capacity to build rapport with a diverse patient population.

• Previous experience in hospice or end-of-life care is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and digital collaboration tools.
• Background in providing culturally competent care that addresses the needs of different communities.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD $80,000 to $100,000. Your exact compensation will be determined based on your experience, education, and other relevant factors. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
