Job Overview:

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 1+ years of experience in project management and technical analysis.
  • Strong financial industry and items processing domain knowledge.
  • Understanding of teller and distributed capture workflows within banking environments.
  • Ability to review client teller capture and sort pattern requirements and provide efficient, supportable solutions.
  • Knowledge of image cash letter processing, duplicate detection, and remittance workflows.
  • Familiarity with banking ERP, accounting systems, and check clearing platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Implements client imaging and payments solutions (ImageCentre, DirectLink, Orbograph, Voyager, Host Integration, API) for banking and financial institution clients.
  • Serves as both Project Manager and Technical Analyst on small projects; Technical Analyst on large multi-product engagements.
  • Client-facing role requiring strong communication, solutioning, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Must work US business hours and provide after-hours & weekend support for newly implemented clients for a minimum of 2 weeks post go-live.
  • Up to 25% travel to client sites for installation, training, and go-live support (travel requirement varies by assignment).
  • Run small-scope projects independently as both Project Manager and Technical Analyst.
  • Serve as Technical Analyst on larger, multi-product, cross-functional implementation projects.
  • Manage client expectations, scope, and escalations through go-live and stabilization phases.
  • Lead client calls, training sessions, and on-site go-live support activities.
  • Quick thinking and proactive communication in deadline-driven client environments.

Skills:

  • Strong SQL knowledge — querying, troubleshooting, and data validation.
  • Strong item processing knowledge including teller capture, distributed capture, and sort pattern requirements.
  • Ability to read and interpret data file layouts; perform data field mapping and conversion analysis.
  • Product-to-product migration experience; add-on and work order technical project delivery.
  • Cross-team collaboration and technical resource coordination.
  • Requirements gathering, gap analysis, and technical solutioning.
