This remote role allows you to work from the comfort of your home, giving you the freedom to manage your schedule effectively. Utilizing our top-of-the-line teletherapy platform, you will conduct secure video sessions with clients, ensuring both privacy and convenience. Our technology and administrative support will alleviate the burdens of paperwork and marketing, allowing you to focus solely on client care.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Provide individual counseling sessions via secure video chat, using therapeutic techniques to assist clients in improving their mental health.
• Create a safe and welcoming environment for clients to explore their emotions, thoughts, and experiences, enhancing their self-awareness and interpersonal relationships.
• Guide clients in establishing personal goals and objectives, advocating for their needs throughout the therapeutic process.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess clients' mental health conditions and formulate tailored treatment plans grounded in evidence-based and solution-focused methods.

Your caseload will consist of carefully selected clients, all of whom are stable adults with low-acuity mental health concerns. This intentional screening ensures that you work with individuals who are ready and motivated to engage in therapy and fosters a supportive therapeutic environment. You will also be matched with clients based on your specific areas of expertise and demographic preferences, enhancing the therapeutic alliance.

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:

• A completed Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current, unrestricted state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). Note: Candidates with limited or provisional licenses are not eligible.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills along with a genuine empathetic nature when working with patients.
• Proficiency in utilizing technology for counseling sessions and documentation.

We seek candidates with at least 2 years of clinical experience in mental health counseling. A background in telehealth practice is highly valued but not required.

We offer competitive compensation, with a salary range of USD 90,000 to USD 104,000 per year based on hours worked and experience. Additional benefits include:
