Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop tailored treatment plans for clients, ensuring each strategy is individualized based on their unique needs and goals.
• Provide various therapeutic interventions, including evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Facilitate both group and individual therapy sessions, employing a diverse array of techniques to promote emotional healing and personal growth.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical records and documentation in accordance with legal standards and ethical obligations, ensuring confidentiality and integrity in client interactions.

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) within the state of Connecticut.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
