Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing sessions with clients using a teletherapy platform that ensures confidentiality and a professional setting.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on clients' unique needs and goals.
• Maintain thorough documentation of client progress while utilizing our system that simplifies the reporting process, ensuring minimum paperwork.
• Engage in continuous professional development through the access of a library of therapeutic tools and resources available within our platform.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other mental health professionals to improve service delivery and client outcomes.
• Manage your caseload efficiently by setting personal goals and meeting established targets for client engagement.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse clientele, primarily made up of individuals who are stable and low acuity. Our client population is carefully screened, allowing you to focus on providing effective mental health support without the added stress of high-risk cases. You'll have the freedom to select specific demographics and areas of expertise that align with your interests and skills, ensuring a fulfilling practice.

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current and active LCSW licensure in California with no disciplinary actions on record.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to professionally interact with clients, families, and administrative personnel.
• A dedicated workspace that complies with privacy policies to maintain confidentiality during counseling sessions.
• Creativity and flexibility in developing therapeutic interventions that meet client needs.

Preferred Experience

• Experience managing a personal caseload in a therapy setting.
• Familiarity with teletherapy practices and platforms.
• Dual or multi-state certification is a plus, expanding your ability to serve clients across different regions.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
