• Engage with the interdisciplinary care team to foster effective communication, ensuring that every patient's care plan is comprehensive and well-coordinated.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of ongoing treatment plans, making adjustments or concluding sessions based on patient progress.
• Conduct timely telephonic evaluations and screenings, meticulously documenting findings to ensure up-to-date patient records.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to achieve shared patient outcomes, aligning therapeutic strategies with medical protocols.
• Coordinate treatment plans to align with clients’ health service needs while integrating community resources to enhance support.
• Maintain strict documentation protocols using our electronic medical record system to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

The population served at Inner Peace Counseling Center is diverse, including individuals and families seeking support for various mental health challenges. You will work with clients addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and trauma. • A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
• A valid and active LMFT license in the state of California.
• A minimum of three years of experience providing therapy in an outpatient or community health setting.

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills to effectively juggle multiple cases and responsibilities.

While three years of experience is required, candidates with specialized training in trauma-informed care or couples/family therapy will be highly regarded. Familiarity with community resources and a proactive approach to client advocacy are also advantageous.
