Job Summary
We are seeking a few Telephone Interviewers to join our team! As a telephone interviewer, you will be making outgoing calls and answering incoming calls, answering questions, and directing calls to the appropriate persons and places. You will also be verifying information over the phone, updating documentation as needed. The ideal candidate is able to maintain a positive, helpful attitude, has excellent customer service skills, and is comfortable on the phone. In-house training typically lasts two-weeks.

  • Work on behalf of established insurance companies
  • Work From Home (after in-house training)
Responsibilities 
  • Making outbound and receiving inbound calls
  • Speaking with individuals who have and existing business relationship with out clients
Flexible Work Options
  • Hours of operations
    Monday-Thursday 8:00 am - 9:00 pm   Friday 8:00 am - 8:30 pm  Saturday 9:00 am - 2:00 pm
  • Hiring for all shifts (4-6 hour shifts)
  • Hours scheduled to accommodate school, second jobs, or personal schedules
  • Part-time positions ranging from 15-30 hours per week
