Job description

As our Part-time Remote Receptionist, you will be the welcoming and efficient voice of our small team, responsible for managing communications and supporting day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.


Rate: $18 per hour and $20 per hour after 90 day probationary period.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and return messages promptly
  • Book and confirm client appointments accurately
  • Maintain and confirm client schedules
  • Provide administrative support to all team members as needed
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Drive tools competently

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years experience in administrative support
