“Teledental Business Opportunity – PA Dentist”

Higher Degree Dental Services is offering a unique business opportunity for a Pennsylvania-licensed dentist to join our expanding preventative-focused teledental and mobile dental organization.
This position blends the independence of owning your own PLLC (required for state compliance) with the support of an established team. You’ll help bring high-quality, preventative dental care to communities across Pennsylvania — primarily through teledentistry, with the potential for onsite restorative services as the program grows.

Intraoral photography for detailed teledental review
Comprehensive X-rays for diagnostic and treatment planning purposes

Our mission is to remove barriers to care through innovation, mobility, and patient-focused service.
Your Role
As the examining and supervising dentist, you will:
Develop comprehensive treatment plans based on exam findings, X-rays, and teledental imaging
Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure accurate referrals and follow-up care

Support preventative protocols and ensure high clinical standards

Competitive per-exam fee for each completed patient encounter
Profit-sharing incentive based on service revenue and performance
Part-time schedule with flexible, mostly remote work
