• Directly provide clinical assessments and therapeutic interventions for clients with major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders both remotely and in community settings.
• Engage collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to establish and meet team objectives, fostering an environment of trust and shared purpose.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to conduct brief screenings, detailed assessments, and care plan creation to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
• Monitor individual cases, ensuring timely follow-up on treatment progress and adjusting plans as necessary to meet changing client needs.
• Participate in crisis intervention efforts, providing immediate support and guidance as needed.
• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and progress notes, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and organizational policies.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program, necessary for LCSW licensure.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is preferred, with a demonstrated track record of successful client outcomes.
