Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to meet the unique needs of a diverse range of patients.
• Conduct telehealth sessions via secure video conferencing and phone to provide individual, group, and family therapy.
• Perform comprehensive mental health assessments and develop custom treatment plans in collaboration with patients.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with Federal and State regulations, as well as organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be primarily working with clients facing challenges related to substance abuse and mental health disorders. This encompasses individuals at various stages of recovery, from detox to aftercare, fostering a holistic approach to patient care that addresses emotional, psychological, and social dimensions of their health.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• An active LCSW license valid in the State of California.
• A minimum of three years of relevant professional experience delivering therapeutic services in a clinical setting or comparable environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of building rapport and maintaining trust with clients.
• A strong proficiency with technology, particularly in using telehealth platforms for therapy sessions.

Preferred Experience
