Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the severity and frequency of mood disorder symptoms among clients.

  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate client progress.
  • Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, discussing treatment options and promoting effective self-care practices.
  • Continuously monitor client progress and adapt treatment strategies as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care for clients.
  • Stay abreast of the latest research in mental health treatment to refine and enhance therapeutic approaches.

Qualifications
  • A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
