• Perform comprehensive psychological assessments to understand clients' needs, gather pertinent history, and devise effective, individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client's unique situation and goals, using techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, or other modalities as appropriate.
• Set therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and monitor their progress through regular evaluations, adapting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide virtual therapy sessions, ensuring accessibility for those with mobility issues or geographical challenges.
• Document all sessions and client interactions meticulously in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.
• Participate in ongoing professional training and development activities to deepen your clinical skills and stay updated on the latest therapeutic techniques.

Our clients represent a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences, including individuals facing various mental health issues such as PTSD, anxiety disorders, major depressive disorder, and grief processing. You will play a crucial role in guiding them through their healing processes, focusing on building their strengths and coping mechanisms.

• Must hold a current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to engage empathetically with diverse populations.
• A non-judgmental, compassionate approach to client interactions and relationship building.
• Strong organizational skills and effective time management capabilities to handle a caseload efficiently.

• Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling environments is a plus.
• Background in trauma-informed care, grief counseling, and evidence-based treatments.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for maintaining patient information and documentation.

The base salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. We offer a competitive benefits package, including:
