• Deliver individualized and group therapy sessions that encompass a range of therapeutic techniques, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ psychological needs, creating detailed treatment plans that focus on actionable goals and measurable outcomes.
• Manage a diverse caseload, providing clinical oversight and ongoing support to patients with varying psychological concerns.
• Implement therapeutic interventions using evidence-based practices that address crisis situations and promote patients' emotional stability.
• Collaborate with clients and their families to develop and execute effective resolution strategies, fostering a supportive therapeutic relationship.
• Regularly evaluate patient progress and adapt care plans as necessary to reflect evolving needs.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of treatment strategies, progress notes, and modifications to care plans to ensure continuity of care.
• Provide educational and supportive resources to clients and their families, enhancing their understanding of mental health challenges and treatment pathways.

The clients you will serve at Quail Run Behavioral Health Clinic range widely in age and background, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Our telehealth model allows you to connect with patients from various communities, ensuring access to quality care regardless of geographical location. Your role will be crucial in addressing the psychosocial complexities faced by our clients, ensuring they receive comprehensive and tailored support.

• A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
• Licensure as an LCPC, LCSW-C, LMFT, LCMFT, or PsyD is mandatory.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling is required.

Experience in a telehealth setting is highly desirable, as well as familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telecommunication platforms for conducting therapy sessions. Skills in crisis intervention, family therapy, and group therapy techniques will be advantageous.

Compensation for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 135,000 per year, reflecting your experience and licensure. We offer a $1,000 sign-on bonus alongside an opportunity to earn up to $2,000 in performance-based bonuses.
