This role operates within a telehealth setting, allowing counselors to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of their homes while reaching clients across the Germantown, Tennessee area and beyond. • Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans that align with clients' goals and needs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and families, employing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical records in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal standards, ensuring that all documentation reflects the care provided.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including other mental health professionals, to coordinate care and address the holistic needs of clients.
• Stay current with the latest research and trends in the mental health field, engaging in ongoing professional development opportunities to benefit both personal growth and client care.

Our clients represent a broad spectrum of backgrounds and experiences, including individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship issues. The LPC will work with clients of all ages, emphasizing personalized care strategies designed to meet their specific needs and foster positive mental health outcomes.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.
• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of ethical and legal considerations pertaining to counseling practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and foster therapeutic relationships with a diverse client base.

• Specialization in areas such as trauma, substance abuse, family therapy, or couples counseling is highly desirable.
• Experience utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems and other relevant software for efficient record-keeping and communication.
• A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team and with other healthcare professionals.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, based on caseload and client engagements.
