• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, establishing accurate clinical diagnoses and creating individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate therapeutic sessions, offering individual, group, and family therapy modalities tailored to the specific needs and objectives of each client.
• Provide crisis intervention services for clients facing acute mental health emergencies, employing de-escalation techniques and appropriate support measures.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, ensuring that treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results meet ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to deliver comprehensive care and continuity for clients.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health topics, treatment modalities, and community resources, advocating for their rights and needs during the process.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, seminars, and training that keep you updated on the latest best practices in mental health therapy.

You will work with a broad spectrum of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. This position requires you to adapt your therapeutic approaches to meet the unique circumstances and cultures of individuals and families, ensuring that each client feels respected and understood.

• Must hold a current license as a Mental Health Therapist, such as LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.
• Possess a Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related discipline.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to formulate accurate diagnoses.
• Bring a minimum of two years of relevant therapeutic experience.
• Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building rapport with clients and collaborating with the team.
• Be able to work independently and effectively within a remote team environment.
• Exhibit a commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards and professionalism in practice.

• While prior experience in a clinical setting is preferred, we also welcome entry-level applicants who demonstrate a strong passion for mental health.
