Job description

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $28.57hr - $33.57hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Ability to gather business and technical requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to document functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and business needs.
  • Ability to facilitate meetings and requirement reviews to align product requirements and deployment expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end project coordination for PSDS proof-of-concept (POC) deployments across multiple regions.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and action trackers.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure deliverables are completed within aggressive timelines.
  • Track POC status and feedback captured from technicians.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership.
  • Coordinate launch readiness activities across Product Management, Engineering, Customer Support, Service, and Business Development teams.
  • Ensure all technical, operational, and business deliverables are completed before customer deployment, including training and checklists.
  • Support pilot execution, validation activities, and production readiness reviews.
