Job description

Headquarters is located in Sandy, Utah however, this position is remote and can be worked from anywhere in the U.S.

  • Must be willing to work 10am-7pm Mountain Time hours
  • Preference for candidate to live in Mountain or Pacific Time Zones


Role and Responsibilities

Primary functions of this role include but are not limited to:

Specializing in pricing ACC, AT&T, Brightspeed, Lumen and Verizon on the pre-sales side of Operations

You may be assigned to specific suppliers exclusively.

Processing quote requests for our sales advisors by utilizing supplier portals, channel contacts, and rate cards

Processing deal registrations

Segmentation and serviceability checks

Contract creation

Ensure accuracy of signed contract/documents, order gathering forms and LOAs

Research where answers and solutions are unclear or unknown

Provide resolution on first-level pricing escalations

Salesforce opportunity, quote, and order management

Strive for a 2-hour quote pick-up within Salesforce

Strive for a 2-hour email response time

Juggle processing new quote requests while handling questions, contract, and order requests from previous quotes

Monitor and respond to questions through company chat groups and email

Build relationships with advisors, internal departments and suppliers

Team coverage

Attend regular supplier meetings and trainings

Responsible for taking calls from the shared call queue and making regular outgoing calls to suppliers and advisors

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred

Telecom experience6 months+ preferred
