Telecom Inc. is seeking experienced and motivated Outbound Call Center Agents to join our growing sales team. Must reside in North Dakota.
About the Role
We are seeking experienced, professional, and detail-oriented outbound calling professionals to join our growing team. This role combines high-level appointment setting, lead qualification, and legal intake support for a national law firm handling class action and mass tort vehicle cases.
This is not a customer service position. We are looking for candidates with strong outbound calling experience who are comfortable engaging prospects, gathering detailed information, overcoming objections, and accurately documenting conversations.
The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, highly organized, and able to maintain accuracy while managing multiple systems and detailed intake requirements.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to individuals who have submitted inquiries online or expressed interest in learning more about potential legal claims
- Qualify prospects based on established case criteria
- Collect and verify detailed personal, vehicle, and incident information
- Complete and submit accurate intake forms and case documentation
- Schedule consultations and follow-up appointments when appropriate
- Update CRM and case management systems with detailed notes
- Follow call scripts while maintaining a natural and professional conversation
- Meet productivity, quality, and compliance standards
- Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of outbound calling, appointment setting, lead qualification, inside sales, legal intake, or call center experience
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly and guide conversations effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy
- Comfortable working in multiple systems simultaneously
- Ability to follow processes and document information thoroughly
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong attendance, reliability, and time management skills
- Experience in legal intake, financial services, or B2C appointment setting is a plus
