2 BSAs with Telecom experience needed for a large integration project. Potential for contract to hire.

Will work remotely in any of the following states:
AL, AR, AZ, CO, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, LA, MD, MN, MO, MS, NC, ND, NE, NM, NV, OR, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT

The BSAs will be creating Features and User Stories in Azure DevOps that will be worked by the Sprint teams to build, test and deploy the needed functionality.

Must be able to get up to speed quickly, and work in a fast paced environment.


Experience in the following areas is required.

  • Billing system migrations and migrations of associated systems and processes.
  • HSD, Video and Phone billing and provisioning systems/processes.
    • Incognito SAC provisioning
  • Processing customer payments with outside bank vendor.
  • Customer notification via email and text.
  • IVR and Outage systems.
  • CSG's ACP billing system.
  • ServiceNow
  • FSM (within ServiceNow)
  • Tenon (within ServiceNow)

Will also supplement with diagrams when possible, so experience in Visio or Plant UML is also a plus.
