Utilizing our user-friendly Simple Practice platform, you will conduct virtual appointments via secure video conferencing and messaging. • Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and establish their treatment goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances and therapeutic needs.
• Provide psychotherapy services to a diverse client population, utilizing evidence-based modalities suitable for adults, teens, and couples.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with confidentiality standards and telehealth regulations.
• Engage in regular communication with clients through video conferencing and secure messaging, responding promptly to inquiries and concerns.
• Participate in peer support groups and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and stay current with best practices.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Medallion Mental Wellness Center, you will cater to a varied clientele, including children, teenagers, adults, and couples. Your role is crucial in addressing a broad range of mental health concerns, from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and life transitions. Your expertise will ensure clients receive personalized support tailored to their unique experiences and backgrounds.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in your state.
• At least two years of post-graduate experience in counseling or psychotherapy.
• Demonstrated proficiency in treatment planning and mental health counseling.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, essential for effective client interaction.
• Comfort and familiarity with conducting virtual appointments and using telehealth technology.

• Previous experience in a remote or telehealth setting is highly desirable.
• Specialization in working with specific demographics (e.g., adolescents, couples) or particular mental health issues (e.g., trauma, PTSD) is advantageous.
• Experience in developing and leading support groups or workshops.

Medallion Mental Wellness Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 110,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. We provide our counselors with:
