• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead interactive group sessions designed to foster connection and mutual support among clients. Your facilitation will encourage individuals to share their experiences and learn from one another.
• Individual Therapy: Conduct personalized counseling sessions, using evidence-based practices to assist clients in exploring their thoughts and emotions while developing actionable coping strategies tailored to their unique situations.
• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to create dynamic, individualized treatment plans that reflect their goals, preferences, and areas for growth.
• Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess client progress through various evaluation tools and feedback methods, ensuring treatments are adjusted based on their evolving needs.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow clinicians and staff to coordinate care, share insights about complex cases, and ensure comprehensive service delivery.

Our focus predominantly centers on teens and young adults aged 18 to 30 who are facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders. Your role will be pivotal in helping these individuals overcome obstacles, rebuild relationships, and develop the skills needed for sustained mental well-being. By providing a safe and supportive therapeutic environment, you can inspire hope and drive positive change in their lives.

• A current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. A Master's Degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
• Strong commitment to ethical standards and a compassionate approach to client care.

• Experience working with adolescents and young adults in a mental health setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Demonstrated ability to develop treatment plans and facilitate group therapy sessions.

Pure Mind Therapeutics Clinic offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
