As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging, supportive group therapy sessions where clients can share experiences, connect, and learn from one another, all aimed at fostering a sense of community and belonging.
• Individual Counseling: Provide empathetic, one-on-one therapy sessions tailored to each client's unique needs, exploring their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to develop effective coping strategies.
• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to design tailored, goal-oriented treatment plans that reflect their individual aspirations and challenges, ensuring their active role in the therapeutic process.
• Progress Monitoring: Utilize various assessment tools to track client progress, evaluate outcomes, and make necessary adjustments to treatment modalities based on feedback.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to ensure comprehensive care, coordinating efforts and sharing insights to address complex cases effectively.

Your primary focus will be on teens and young adults (ages 18-30) facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and emotional regulation issues. By providing thoughtful support in a telehealth setting, you will play an integral role in their recovery journeys and contribute positively to their community engagement.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Licensing: Candidates must hold a current and valid LPC license.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a mental health setting, preferably working with young adults or adolescents.

• Experience in telehealth or remote counseling services.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as CBT, DBT, or solution-focused therapy.
• Previous roles in outpatient mental health treatment programs.
