• Conduct engaging individual or group therapy sessions via telehealth, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of your clients.
• Perform comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health status and develop personalized, effective treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with organizational policies and state regulations.
• Collaborate closely with fellow mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure integrated and holistic care for our clients.
• Stay current with best practices, ethical guidelines, and teletherapy innovations to continually improve the quality of care provided.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and contribute to a culture of excellence.

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Irenics, you will primarily work with children, teens, and young adults facing a variety of challenges. Our clients often seek support for anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and life transitions. By helping them develop new coping strategies and resilience, you will play a critical role in their journey towards achieving meaningful growth and positive life changes.

• A Master's degree or higher in mental health counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Current Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) certification in the state of Washington.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience providing therapy, particularly to children, teens, or young adults.
• Must possess an active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Ability to begin with a minimum commitment of 5 hours of therapy per week.
• Comfortable using technology and providing effective teletherapy to clients.
• Previous credentialing with Medicare is considered an advantage.
• Successful completion of a criminal background check.

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in community health settings or working with diverse socioeconomic populations are highly desirable. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and experience in crisis intervention are also beneficial.

The compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
