The Medallion Mental Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team on a full-time basis. This remote position allows counselors to work flexibly and autonomously, with the ability to define their working hours. Utilizing our Simple Practice platform, therapists conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and engage with clients through secure video conferencing and messaging. • Conduct initial assessments to understand clients' mental health needs, utilizing various clinical tools and techniques.
• Create detailed, individualized treatment plans based on clients’ unique situations and goals.
• Provide high-quality therapy services to individuals, couples, and families, focusing on holistic mental wellness.
• Utilize our telehealth platform to maintain regular communication with clients, offering support and guidance as needed.
• Participate in supervision and professional development opportunities to enhance your clinical skills.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate client records while ensuring compliance with all relevant privacy laws.

You will be working with a diverse range of clients, including adolescents, adults, and couples facing various mental health challenges. This includes anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. Your role will be vital in helping clients navigate their mental health concerns and empowering them towards positive outcomes.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage/Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field.
• Valid licensure as a mental health clinician (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).
• Strong foundational knowledge in treatment planning and mental health counseling techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, that facilitate effective client engagement.
• Proficiency in conducting therapy sessions via video conferencing tools.
• Experience in psychotherapy for various age groups, including teens and adults.

• At least 2 years of experience in a mental health counseling role.
• Experience in telehealth or remote counseling settings is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices and willingness to integrate them into your work.

Full-time therapists at Medallion Mental Wellness Center can expect an annual salary ranging between USD 80,000 and USD 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our compensation package also includes:
