• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand each client's unique background and mental health needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual goals and therapeutic requirements, aligning with best practices in mental health counseling.
• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions for clients through video conferencing platforms, utilizing effective communication techniques and therapeutic modalities.
• Monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary, ensuring an effective therapeutic alliance and positive patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records and documentation according to practice policies and licensure requirements.
• Provide crisis intervention and support when necessary, employing appropriate techniques for various mental health challenges.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions and counselor support groups to enhance professional development and maintain compliance with continuing education requirements.

The candidate will work with a diverse population, including children, teens, adults, and couples. Our clients often seek help for a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. • Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a mental health clinician (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) required.
• Strong treatment planning and mental health counseling skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a focus on active listening.
• Familiarity with virtual appointment settings, including comfort in using video conferencing technology.
• A commitment to ethical practice and maintaining client confidentiality.

• A minimum of two years of experience in psychotherapy, particularly with teens, adults, and couples.
• Previous experience working in a remote or telehealth setting, demonstrating the ability to adapt therapeutic techniques in a virtual environment.
• Expertise in trauma-informed care and culturally competent practices.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 110,000 based on experience and credentials.
