Through our Teens Make Health Happen program, we empower teens by encouraging them to become change agents within their families, schools, and neighborhoods. HealthCorps is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Program Monitoring & Evaluation Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and analyzing data to support our mission of improving the health and well-being of young people. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for undergraduate or graduate students looking to gain hands-on experience in data management within a non-profit organization.

What You'll Gain
Professional Development
You will receive ongoing mentorship from HealthCorps' M&E and Program teams and gain hands-on exposure to data management, program evaluation, and nonprofit operations. You'll build practical skills in:
College Credit:
HealthCorps will work with you and your university to offer college credit* for the internship, if applicable.
*Depending on the specific requirements and guidelines of your university, this may be in the form of college or course credit, practicum hours, or internship credit.
Stipend:
You will receive a stipend intended to help alleviate potential costs that you may incur from participating in the program. You may use these funds for whatever you feel you need it for (technology needs, professional development materials, transportation for any local site visits, etc.) and it will be distributed in monthly installments.
Networking Opportunities:
You'll have the opportunity to connect with nonprofit leaders, school district administrators, community partners, healthcare professionals, and other mission-driven individuals working to improve youth health outcomes.
Real-World Impact:
Your work will directly support the delivery of health and wellness programming to teens across area, contributing to measurable improvements in student health knowledge, leadership skills, and community engagement.
