Join Harvest Tech Solutions, a leading provider of innovative IT solutions, as a Remote IT Support Technician. We are seeking a talented individual to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, maintain computer systems, and administer network environments. Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote IT support to clients, diagnosing and resolving technical issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Document all troubleshooting steps taken to resolve issues, ensuring clear and comprehensive records.
  • Maintain and optimize computer systems and network environments to ensure maximum performance and reliability.
  • Maintain Windows Desktop OS and Windows Server OS
  • Oversee windows Patching and RMM alerts via RMM system
  • Perform firewall administration tasks, including configuration and management of SonicWall and Meraki.
  • Implement security measures to protect systems and data from potential threats.
  • Administer email systems, ensuring seamless communication channels for clients including Office 365 administration.
  • Create and maintain clear and organized IT documentation for reference and training purposes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in providing remote IT support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices.
  • Experience in email administration, including configuration and maintenance of Office 365 environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
