• Maintain a caseload of clients, ensuring a strong and empathetic rapport while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.
• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, stability, and future goals, managing discharges when appropriate.
• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans, tailoring therapeutic approaches to the unique needs of each client.
• Perform intake assessments, gathering essential information to inform the therapeutic process effectively.
• Document and maintain accurate progress notes for each client to ensure continuity of care and effective communication within the care team.
• Engage in individual supervision, fostering professional development and enhancing therapeutic skills.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare providers to integrate holistic care approaches for clients.
• Adopt a growth mindset in all areas of work, continuously seeking opportunities for professional advancement.

Our clinic serves a diverse outpatient population, including children, teenagers, and adults facing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. You will be instrumental in providing therapeutic support and guidance, helping clients navigate their personal struggles and enhance their overall well-being.

• A master's degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field is required.
• Must hold an unrestricted, independent, current, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.
• At least three years of relevant clinical experience in an outpatient setting post-graduate is mandatory.
• Proficiency in using various computer systems, including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY software.
• Experience in delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families is essential.
• Comfortable conducting intake assessments and engaging with clients to gather comprehensive information.

• Experience working with a diverse client population is highly desired.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches and techniques.
• A strong commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Our compensation package reflects our commitment to valuing our team members.
