                                                                                          In this vital role, you will be responsible for but not limited to:

Marketing & Outreach

Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to enhance program awareness and enrollment.

Partner with our national marketing office on digital marketing, social media, and content creation to promote the program's services.

Represent Devereux Texas League City at conferences, community events, and networking engagements.

Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for growth, differentiation and adapt strategies accordingly to ensure consistent referral volume in alignment with organizational goals.

Collaborate with finance, admissions, and contracting to develop new funding partnerships.

Lead marketing initiatives to include developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to increase program visibility, build payer and referral agency relationships, and drive referrals.

Business Development:  

Analyze market demands and the highly competitive landscape to identify and pursue new revenue sources nationwide.

Respond to business opportunities, including RFPs, with superior writing and innovative thinking. Manage final stage of the sales cycle including negotiation and contract signing. 

Oversee the admissions and utilization management team for our esteemed residential treatment program. 

Nurture current business relationships and proactively establish new relationships with referral sources, including school districts, state agencies, Medicaid programs and MCOs, healthcare professionals, and advocacy organizations nationwide.

Admissions and Utilization Management:

Lead the admissions and utilization management team in managing inquiries, referrals, and payer processes.

Ensure a smooth and client-centered admissions experience for individuals, families, and referral sources.

Develop and refine admission procedures to enhance efficiency and accessibility.

Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to assess referral fit, program capacity, and placement options within the program.

Ensure that utilization management processes are timely, thorough, and in alignment with payer requirements for consistent payment for services.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree required; Masters Degree preferred in Health Care, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Communications, Human Services, Education, Organizational Leadership or Business Administration. 

Experience: 

  • Minimum 5 years of extensive experience in marketing, admissions or business development experience, preferably in the autism/IDD/behavioral health space.
  • Proven ability to independently develop and implement marketing and sales strategies that successfully drove growth and engagement. 
  • Excellent writing and communication skills. A relationship-builder!
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization with local and remote stakeholders is required.
