• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and construct individualized treatment plans based on their specific challenges.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and families, adjusting methodologies to fit diverse client backgrounds and preferences.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to ensure comprehensive support.
• Work collaboratively with a network of healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide integrated care that enhances client outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date clinical documentation while adhering to ethical guidelines and legal requirements.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and staying abreast of current research and best practices in mental health.

As a vital member of our team, you will work with a diverse population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Maryland.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in providing counseling services, ideally within a clinical or outpatient setting.
• Strong knowledge of ethical guidelines and legal regulations relevant to counseling practice.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and collaborate with team members.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems and comfortable with telehealth technologies.

• Experience in specialized areas such as trauma recovery, substance abuse treatment, family therapy, or couples counseling.
• Familiarity with providing therapy via telehealth platforms and techniques adapted for virtual sessions.
• A track record of collaboration with other healthcare professionals and specialists to enhance the quality of client care.
