• Conduct comprehensive assessments to create individualized therapeutic strategies tailored to each client’s needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions including individual therapy, family therapy, couples therapy, and group sessions.
• Utilize various therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to address diverse mental health concerns.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, adhering to legal and ethical standards while ensuring confidentiality.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, including workshops and training, to stay informed about the latest research and practices in mental health.

This role focuses on serving a diverse population that includes individuals and families facing various mental health challenges, particularly those experiencing barriers to accessing care. You will work with clients dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relationship difficulties. Your expertise as an LPC will play a significant role in improving client outcomes and enhancing their emotional well-being.

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Demonstrated proficiency in various therapeutic modalities and techniques.
• Strong understanding of ethical and legal standards in counseling practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport effectively with a diverse clientele.

• Specializations in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse are highly desirable.
• Experience working in a telehealth environment is a plus, along with proficiency in using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software.
• A collaborative spirit is key, with proven ability to work comfortably within a healthcare team.

The salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, determined by caseload and experience.
