Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for clients, utilizing clinical instruments to evaluate mental health status and formulate comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Provide individualized and group therapy sessions, addressing key issues such as trauma, substance abuse, anger management, and reentry planning.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment strategies and monitor client progress in alignment with the treatment objectives.
  • Facilitate therapeutic groups focusing on topics like relapse prevention, coping skills, and life skills to empower clients.
  • Collaborate actively with the multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure comprehensive care that respects each client's unique background and needs.
