• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments to evaluate patients’ mental health status, interpreting diagnostic information to identify their unique needs.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based interventions, regularly monitoring their effectiveness and making necessary adjustments.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, primarily solution-focused approaches, aimed at promoting positive change in clients’ lives.

• Document clinical notes with meticulous accuracy, complying with federal and state regulations to maintain high standards of practice.

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care, sharing insights and strategies to optimize client outcomes.

• Engage in case consultations and peer reviews, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement in therapeutic practices.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health, empowering them with knowledge and tools to enhance their wellbeing.

• Stay informed of the latest research and advancements in psychotherapy practices to ensure ongoing professional growth and improved patient outcomes.

The clientele at Gotham Enterprises consists of individuals facing a range of mental health issues, particularly those in hospice care and end-of-life transitions. As an LCSW-C, you will address their challenges with empathy and professionalism, facilitating their emotional well-being during a critical phase of life.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of a valid LCSW-C license in the state of Maryland is essential.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, with a preference for experience related to hospice or palliative care.

• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions and techniques.

• Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills that facilitate rapport with patients and their families.

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness to the needs of patients and the healthcare team.

• Experience working within a hospice or end-of-life care context is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems to streamline documentation and patient management.
