• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual mental health counseling through secure video conferencing sessions.
• Utilize solution-based treatment modalities to address clients’ unique needs and facilitate their healing journeys.
• Develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that guide clients toward achieving their mental health goals.
• Assist clients in gaining insights into their experiences, feelings, and relationships, fostering deeper self-awareness and emotional regulation.
• Monitor client progress throughout the treatment process, adapting strategies as needed, and helping them build effective coping mechanisms.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, adhering to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

While not mandatory, the ideal candidate will have:

• Experience working with patients in hospice or palliative care settings.
