Job Description: Resource Management, Inc. (RMI), is an HR outsourcing firm providing full-service HR solutions to small and mid-sized businesses. Our PEO and ASO solutions are tailored to each clients’ needs including Human Resource support, Employee Benefits, Payroll, Risk Management and HR Technology.Job Summary / Overview: As an HR Sales Consultant with Resource Management, Inc. (RMI), you will consult and sell value-added HR outsourcing solutions to the small and mid-sized business community in assigned territory. You will identify new leads, meet with owners and entrepreneurs to identify their HR and employment challenges, analyze data, develop and present our value proposition which includes HR services, employee benefits, payroll, risk management and HR technology.You will be responsible for meeting and exceeding assigned sales quota and key performance indicators (KPI’s). This will include actively cold calling, prospecting, networking and developing relationships with business advisors to establish discovery meetings with prospective clients. You will qualify and disqualify opportunities to efficiently build and manage your pipeline. Upon properly qualifying opportunities, you will gather necessary data and information, work with our internal underwriting team, develop and present a business case for our solution.Experience & Qualifications: • Three (3) years of proven B2B sales experience (preferably with SMB’s)• Experience selling PEO, HR outsourcing, benefits or payroll services a plus• Ability to manage and control multiple sales opportunities simultaneously• Strong cold-calling, networking and interpersonal skills• Confident meeting and presenting to business owners• Strong verbal and written communication skills• Strong math and analytical skills• Ability to multi-task• Ability to work independently• Commitment to high professional and ethical standards• Experience with MS-Word, Excel, Sales CRM (Zoho, Salesforce) & social networking platforms• Ability to work remotely• Ability to travel to prospects and client sites within territory• Bachelor’s degree desired or equivalent work experience Additional Information: Compensation & Benefits: Resource Management, Inc. provides a generous compensation package including base pay, uncapped commissions and bonuses incentives.
