In this remote role, you will utilize our advanced telehealth platform to conduct sessions with clients. • Conduct virtual individual counseling sessions via video conferencing technology to assist clients in their mental health journeys.
• Facilitate open discussions about emotions and experiences, promoting self-awareness and personal growth among clients.
• Advocate for clients’ needs, assisting them in establishing realistic and attainable goals throughout the therapeutic process.
• Assess clients' mental well-being, creating individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based methodologies tailored to each client's unique situation.
• Utilize your clinical expertise to implement solution-focused approaches, ensuring that therapy is effective and aligns with the clients' objectives.

Your clients will primarily consist of stable adults experiencing low to moderate mental health concerns. All clients undergo pre-screening to ensure they are appropriate for remote therapy, and you will not be responsible for severe or acute cases. We carefully match you with clients based on your specialties and demographic preferences, allowing you to utilize your skills most effectively.

• Education: A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Licensing: You must hold a valid and unrestricted license to practice independently as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• Strong clinical skills: You should have a proven track record of developing effective, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Interpersonal abilities: Excellent communication and rapport-building skills are essential to fostering trusting relationships with clients.
• Technical proficiency: Comfort with digital platforms and software necessary for telehealth practice.

• Experience in telehealth or remote therapy practice is highly desirable.
• Prior work with diverse populations and various mental health issues will be beneficial.
• Proven ability to work independently while effectively managing time and case loads.

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
