As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via secure video conferencing platforms, addressing various mental health concerns.
• Support clients in exploring their emotions and experiences, fostering an environment conducive to self-discovery and personal growth.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients' therapeutic goals, making adjustments based on their progress.
• Utilize solution-focused methodologies to guide clients through challenging situations and empower them with coping strategies.
• Advocate for your clients’ needs, encouraging open and honest discussions while championing their personal insights and perspectives.
• Participate in regular supervision and peer consultations to enhance your clinical skills and remain updated on best practices.

The clients you will serve are pre-screened adults presenting with low acuity mental health concerns. They are stable individuals who are typically managing mild-to-moderate conditions such as anxiety and depression. Given this focus, you will have the opportunity to apply your expertise in a way that promotes healing and coping, without the overwhelming complexity of severe mental health cases.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology.
• A valid license to practice independently as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• Demonstrated strong clinical skills with a track record of developing and executing effective treatment plans.
• Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with a compassionate and empathetic approach to client care.
• Proficient in utilizing technology to conduct remote therapy sessions efficiently.

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in outpatient therapy settings or those who have worked with diverse populations will be prioritized. Familiarity with telehealth practices is advantageous, as is a desire to continue learning within a supportive and dynamic environment.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, based on your experience and hours worked. In addition to a generous pay structure, you will receive a monthly healthcare stipend as part of your benefits package. Payments are made via weekly direct deposit, ensuring timely access to your earnings.
